John Rorick is a world class HR professional who started his career in recruiting. Since then, he has supported billion dollar HR departments, built talent acquisition programs for corporations, and advised on strategic organizational design.
John was most recently the VP of HR for Corporate functions and the Direct to Consumer at The Nature’s Bounty Co. He initially joined the organization as it was taken private in an acquisition by the Carlyle Group. John was a key initial hire of the new Strategic HR executive leadership team and was brought on board to build the first ever Global Talent Acquisition function. John’s implementation of several global HR systems throughout his career has given him a diverse perspective which he leverages to inspire and empower individuals to realize their full leadership potential.
When it comes to daily work, John’s passion is bringing order and efficiency to organizations that are looking to harness growth. He believes that a growing company can leverage its Human Capital to accelerate its performance by building and integrating shared services functions, workforce systems, and the right organizational design. In addition to his time spent building talent acquisition functions for several companies, John’s extensive experience includes leading teams in all traditional HR functions.
